- On October 6 Greg Harvey presented at the annual Kentucky Self-Insurers Association seminar. He spoke about ethical considerations for insurance adjusters in workers' compensation claims. His presentation included a discussion of practical and legal considerations for dealing with injured workers' in Kentucky and the potential consequences of failing to act ethically and within the bounds of the law in that respect.

- HBM is eager to announce a recent accomplishment of two of our attorneys. Scott Bachert and William Codell recently confirmed a Plan of Reorganization for Yarberry Enterprises Inc. Based in Campbellsville, KY, Yarberry Enterprises specializes in the shipping of freight by trucks. This Plan of Reorganization is an outstanding accomplishment in regards to Chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing. In short, Chapter 11 bankruptcy provides a process for rehabilitating a company’s faltering business. Because the court approved the plan, Yarberry will continue to operate as a profitable entity. Filing a plan of reorganization is no easy task & both attorneys deserve much recognition for the time and effort they put into the case. This ruling is both beneficial for the continued business operations of Yarberry Enterprises Inc. as well as a noteworthy achievement for HBM.
